TESTIMONY OF MY CONVERSION.

One night in the second last week of May 2003, The Lord Jesus appeared to me in a vision while in my room, this happened between 9:00pm and 10:30pm as i had taken a simple rest .In this vision, i was standing on a street that had very tall buildings but they were not flats (they consisted of one floor each).

I turned to look behind from where I was standing and stretched my eyes to see up to  a distance of about 100 meters , there I saw a man laying hands on people He met as He came by moving into the same direction I was heading .What amazed me in this place was that some of these people (beings) on this street in this strange place didn't walk like we do here on earth but instead , they were drifting yet this seemed normal to every one there.

I decided to move on and just mind my business and leave that place. Now in just a twinkle of an eye , this man I’d seen far behind me laying hands on some of those he met , appeared right next to me - I didn't know how he got there in just seconds and this scared me off plus the glorious presence he had around him. He stretched His hand out to touch me and power left Him and I felt a very strong force that pushed me to a distance of about 6 meters from where I’d been ( at this moment , I realized that I was also not walking but drifting). When I looked intently at Him, I saw that He looked at me with pity, as if He had known me before this instance.

After a moment of silence, He spoke to me saying, ' Fear not, it is me your Lord Jesus Christ, there is something I need to open up to you ' He continued and said ' David! From today, don't consider following any religion ANY MORE but follow me only, leave the world system.

Here , I asked Him , how should I follow you minus being under religion and He said again , follow me - you've heard the gospel of salvation and now you have also seen me.

By then, I only knew of only four religions: Roman Catholic church, Protestants (Anglican Church), Islam and the Seventh Day Adventists so I thought it in my heart to ask Him ' Which of these I had to turn to but before I did, He said FOLLOW ME as your LORD and SAVOUIR as the Bible states. He seemed to even know what I was thinking at that moment because before He answered me He said I see you want to ask me the same thing again!! He then spoke and said ‘remember to read Romans 10:1 to the end and you'll learn more about salvation’.

‘LORD, TEACH US TO PRAY' (Luke11:1)

There is a passage that is commonly referred to as the Lord's prayer found in Mathew 6:9 , what Jesus was showing us here is actually an outline of how to approach God .What does it teach us particularly:

Jesus says we should begin our prayer by honoring God with praise for His greatness-with an attitude of humble worship that is due the creator of the Universe.

He then said to pray ' your Kingdom come' - indicating that we must long for God's rule to be established throughout this earth - and in our own lives today .

He told the disciples to look at God's creation and see the power , love and genius of the creator and trust Him to provide for our needs .If you don't see God's blessings in your life , you should ask your self , are God's priorities the main priorities in my life ? then everything you do must be founded on two simple principles : which Jesus said are the two greatest commandments: (1) Love the Lord your God with all your heart , all your soul and with all your mind , (2) Love your neighbor as you love yourself.

We should put our prayers in line with God's will just as Jesus showed us in this model prayer ' your will be done on earth, as it is done in heaven ‘. God not only expects us to utter this in prayer but also to apply it practically in every area of our life - praying and walking in His will.
To accept God's will in your life, you must have faith in His promised outcome for you .When you have this kind of trust in God , His power is unleashed into your life to help you overcome every obstacle and in the end you'll see victory.

'Give us this day our daily bread ' Jesus shows us that it is important for us to take our physical needs to God in prayer , but only after we've honored Him and asked His will to be done in us. Considering Mathew 6:33 which says ' seek first the kingdom of God and the rest shall be added to you’.

Forgive us our sins , for we also forgive every one who is indebted to us ' Luke 11:4 , thankfully , God offers us forgiveness for the terrible things we've done against Him , In return He expects all of us to extend forgiveness to others .When you refuse to give up the desire for revenge , you not only twist your emotions into anger and bitterness , you damage your ability to respond to God's forgiveness.



'Don't bring us into trial but deliver us from the evil one ' Take your weakness to God and ask Him to protect you from situations that will tempt you to sin and from every bondage of Satan.

Jesus ends His prayer with an expression of absolute confidence in God's ability to answer prayer: 'For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory for ever ........

Amen!

MY TESTIMONY - A REVELATION OFJESUS CHRIST!

The Lord first visited me in 2003 and called me into salvation after He showed me how greatly I needed to take him as my savior, In this revelation, the Lord Jesus spoke to me and told me not to consider being under religious groups any more but to strictly follow and obey him alone .I will be sharing this particular testimony some time later but at this moment, I want to share with you a vision of my calling into ministry.

In 2006, while in my room just after a long prayer day – I got a vision while I was in a strange place (these visions usually begun while am sleeping but as it would continue to unfold, I would find my self sitting while seeing the continuation of the vision) back to the vision – While in this place, a vehicle that looked like a passenger van /school van came from one direction of the road and parked on one side of the road. From the side of the driver’s seat  there came a man and as He came out before any thing else I  heard voices of worship to him and through them I got to know that He was Jesus  ‘ the Christ’.

Another man came out from the other front seat and I heard Jesus referring to him as prophet Jeremiah of the Old Testament. He was standing next to Jesus, Now He (Jesus) touched him as well as speaking some words, and there He gave Jeremiah power to speak in many languages of the nations of the world .Jesus then told Jeremiah to come over to me and touch my tongue and he did so , then I saw close to me eight other young men  whom he also touched .

After that Jesus moved over to me  and told me ‘ Go now and wash your  clothes because it is you that am sending tomorrow ‘  - I followed this instruction and washed my clothes and as I was going to lay them some where to dry  He spoke to me saying ‘ Look , don’t  place your clothes on those thorns  , find a better place’ , and I did just that. Shortly after , when the clothes had dried  , I got them out , prepared  my self and got into this van with the other young men , Prophet Jeremiah in one of the front seats and Jesus (in the driver’s seat).From here the van headed to some place where  Jesus said we had an assignment to accomplish and there it ended , the last section of this vision unfolded while my eyes were wide open-sitting on my bed .

This brought about many questions in my mind and when I asked God to come clear this whole thing , He spoke to me about 16 hours from the time I got that vision and said ‘ Son , a time is coming when am going to perform great and wonderful things through you’  . This confirmed all other statements I’d heard from the Lord and in 2009, He spoke to me saying – ‘the time is now that you should begin to do what I told you in 2003!’ This was the birth of Gifted Divine Christian Ministries.
