Jesus said ‘Watch and Pray Always’

In Luke 21:36, Jesus warns the whole world to watch and “pray always , that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass ,and to stand before the Son of Man”

Are you worthy to escape what Jesus says will come upon the world ? Read chapter 21 of  the book of Luke and you will see that Jerusalem was destroyed by king Titus ,and now at the end of time , Satan ,the devil is full of wrath because he knows that his time is short (Revelation 12:12)

 Colossians 3:1-6 ¶If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

2  Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

3  For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

4  When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

5  ¶Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

6  For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

When you are praying for the victory over the devil, the devil will do everything in his power to get to set your mind on some earthly or some vile experience that you have had in the past. The devil works on your old memory, which if you go there, it will weaken your ability, or even causes you to completely lose your chance to get the victory that you have set your prayer out to receive.

The devil knows as well as God knows that the world loves darkness more than light , the light of God, which is the word of God. So the responsibility of Godly men and women  is  to study and live by the word of God and pray day and night ,continuously until Jesus’ return.      Amen!!!

TEACH THE WORD!

The teaching of God’s word is a responsibility of every believer, one of the reasons the early church was able to reach their then known world is: believers took upon themselves this responsibility. From the beginning of Biblical history God commanded His people to teach His word:

6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:

7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.(Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

And the servant of the Lord must be able to teach (2 Timothy 2:24).

The Bible says , we should extend the knowledge of God to others , who are to also continue the process by teaching others too!

2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.(2 Timothy 2:2).

Each person taught is to teach others who are also able to teach , this is is the pattern of continuous teaching that will rapidly multiply to spread this gospel of the kingdom of God through out the world – It works because it  was given a try by the early church , the internet is one the tools we can use in this age.
